God don’t remove all the mountains and I’m not sure if I can remove them either, I’m talking of the one’s that come my way and stand before me throughout life. I know faith can remove the mountains in my life, but I love mountains. In fact I don’t know what I would do if the mountain wasn’t there for me to climb, for it enables me to experience a new sense of freedom and know know more about God!
Some mountains are not meant to be moved. They are set there for you to discover the new you, you thought was not you. The new you, you never knew existed. The talent you never knew you had, the potential you thought was never in you, the gifting you could never see, the spirit you never manifested when needed, the victories you never thought you could win. Some mountains are necessary for “life.” In fact some of us can’t live one day without looking for something new, like a blog to write, a new website to build a new business deal to make, a new sermon to preach. I don’t know what I do if there were no mountains!
Maybe I lose all sense of purpose, were it not for that mountain!
When Jesus said My faith can remove the mountain he did not say it aught to be removed, he dint say all mountains must be removed, just those which were stopping your purpose. why all other’s can be used to fulfil your purpose and what’s more if the mountains that you thought should be moved are still in their place, at least I know there’s a challenge ahead that will take me to a whole never level and bring out the best in me tomorrow.
Maybe tomorrow I wont tell you about what moved, but I will talk about what challenged me. Maybe I wont speak to my mountain, but I will speak about it!
Paul.
