In the year that King Uzziah died. I saw the Lord sitting upon a throne, high and lifted up and his train filled the temple (Isaiah 6:1) ….. “one cried to another holy Holy Holy,” (v3).
Some have said that this means Isaiah saw the trinity. Of course Isaiah has just told us that he saw the Lord!” In verse eight of chapter eight he confirms this by calling the Lord,the one he saw “Immanuel” “He shall pass through Judah he shall overflow and go over..O Immanuel (Ch 8:8) Take counsel together and is shall come to nought; speak the word. and it shall stand: for God is with us (v10).
