Can believers baptism be found in the new Testament

He that believes and is baptised SHALL BE saved (Mark 16:16). It does not say that one who believes is saved but rather he or she, shall be saved. So one can be a believer and not be baptised! But all who are baptised are saved. To be born again one has to be born of ‘Water and Spirit’ (John 3;5) This is is water baptism accompanying Spirit baptism. So to answer your Question can believers baptism be found in the new Testament I say yes. In Acts the Jews who believed were baptised Acts 23:8 and in Acts 10 The Gentiles who believed were baptised…. Baptism is an event for believers not those who are saved! Blessings Always
