Secrets of a longer life. According to todays Daily Express, scientists have discovered that if you eat 40% less you can add as much as twenty years to your life and starve off age related diseases such as dementia, cancer and type 2 diabetes. The article as revealed that looking on the bright sideof life helps, too. Researcher Helena Karppinnen who studied the lifestyles of 400 people aged 75 to 90 discovered that those who wanted to live longer, survived longer.

My thoughts, If a positive mentality can achive old age maybe a faith mentality can achieve great things in old age. Study God’s research on a guy called Caleb.
