I don’t know about you but I love the morning. This morning I was up at 4:30 thinking about God, Isn’t that crazy? I had God on my mind, then I read this scripture, “and the upright shall have dominion over them in the morning!”
If there’s anytime to have a great time, its in the morning
When you enter whats new in the day
When you take hold of the day and make it your own
When you can thank God for a fresh start and celebrate it moment by moment
I felt he Spirit of the Lord tell me. If you Can put your spirit into gear first thing in the morning everything else around you will be put into order. When you worship first thing in the morning, everything else around you bows its knee to the greater one on the inside. The spirit man is a conquering man, the worldy man hates the new morning, the Godly man celebrates it and lives it to the full
What can I have dominion over today?
Everything!

Wow…needed that! I am NOT a morning person and I usually catch myself rushing through the morning. But, that should be our alone time witht the Lord to set the ground work before we start our day. My husband is the Assistant Pastor at our church and I was once told by my wise Pastors wife “As ministry, we are so busy ‘feeding’ others, we never get ‘fed’ ourselves. We need a healthy spiritual breakfast every morning. We depend on it and so does everyone around us. Great word!
This is good brother. It is so true that putting yourself in His hands first thing in the morning begins your day in the right direction!
