Burden Bearers or Gossip Whores

“carry each other burdens, and in this way you will fulfil the law of Christ” (Galatians 6:2).  A talebearer revealeth secrets, but he that is of a faithful spirit concealeth the matter (Proverbs 11:13)

Christ is our model and example he carried our burdens to Calvary making our sins and shame his very own. of course you and I can’t carry another sins! or can we? When I hear of folks who criticise others for their weaknesses I realise they are carrying the sins of others, wrongfully of course. We have no business bearing the sins of others in gossip and slander while believing that christ has caried our own.  Gossip is slander! It is the bearing of evil deeds done by others and some make a ministry out of it!

Now wonder so many believers are heavy laden, they are carrying the junk of other men. Lighten up, chill!  Dont burden yourself with the shortcomings of  others,  rather, go carry the sinner! Like the Good Samaritan instead of gossiping about him, go carry him. Any fool can gossip put down and ridicule. It takes a hero to forgive and carry the sinner as though he were your friend!
