I’m challenged and presently residing in Wales in the UK otherwise all aka known as the land of revival well we need revival once more I know there are many people saying this but we’ve got to remind ourselves that we are stewards of the gospel messengers of the word and the preachers of the Gospel of eternal life through Jesus Christ wales needs missionaries we need ministries that are home bread and ministers from overseas and this is what we see God doing at the moment bringing groups of people from Africa and India to do work over here and they are doing amazing work there breeding a fresh vision fresh life into our nation but there’s much to do Africa has long been noted as a mission field personally I believe Wales and the UK is now the new mission field because we have fewer people going to church than ever was going to church before mostly that comes from the State Church statistics which reveal this fact but the new churches here are growing this poses a great challenge to people like myself who are preachers of gospel and full time preachers because Wales is so expensive, UK is so expensive to live in, being one of the most expensive nations in the world to reside, the cost of running ministry is incredible let alone living costs, we are in that sense, have a greater need than Africa. Africa might know poverty but we know spiritual poverty greater than Africa, there are great moves in Africa but not in UK.
I believe the solutions is to see preachers start talking about revival, start preaching about revival start talking about signs on wonders and healing and start preaching signs wonders and healing if we are talking about it then we should hear it, it should be broadcasted on social media, newspapers, T.V Internet we have to start to start gossiping the gospel. Secondly I believe we need to come together as preachers instead of just building our own houses and building our own ministries we need to come together to build a Revival movement in our nation. I remember a Texan once telling me about how the Welsh known to Welch ‘WELCH’out of a deal that’s where the term comes from, we were always splitting up with England or was having rows going on between us, disagreements and it’s time for Welsh preachers to come together in unity of faith to believe in God for an awakening and revival, something tremendous to happen. If we do that and courage one another not seeking the limelight but seeking God’s presence in our nation then that will birth something miraculous. It is through prayer that the last revival 1904 the great revival that Gods power shook this nation and is through prayer again the great things would take place but only not only through prayer but through a coming together as preachers through a joint mission and vision for revival as preachers, through talking about revival, planning for revival, visiting each other’s churches, preaching revivals, spreading the news of revival,talking about revival. Sowing seeds of revival. investing in revival. These are some of the ways in which we can propagate revival.
please pray for Wales get together with men of like kind vision and anointing and build together support them let’s see mega churches grow in Wales I asked myself the question many years ago ‘how come America’s always got the mega churches why not Wales? it is because we do not believe that we can be big we don’t ask for big offerings we don’t share big visions, we don’t preach that we got a big God, that could do big miracles in big places, in big cities. We need to have a Big Faith. Start believing big, talking big praying big giving big, we need to preach revival in our pulpit till folks shake under the anointing and wake from under their slumber. We need to preach revival till Jesus is seen in the pulpit and felt in the pew. Till the sick are healed and the dead are awaken, till the churches are full and the clubs are empty.
Pray for Wales pray for an awakening pray for a move of God and act style revival it will come in Jesus name Amen
