Psalm 126:1-3: When the LORD restored the captives of Zion, we were like dreamers.Then our mouths were filled with laughter,our tongues with shouts of joy. Then it was said among the nations,“The LORD has done great things for them.” The LORD has done great things for us; we are filled with joy.
1.What you could not do for yourself God will now do for you, because of this You shall laugh again, again and again.
2.Things, Great Things are about to be seen by you. Things that eyes have not seen and ears have never heard about (1 Corinthians 2;9).
3.Declare today; ‘because of what the Lord has done I shall be full of Joy’ (v3).
4.God will restore stuff for me. ‘Restore our captives,c O LORD, like streams in the Negev. .’ My life shall be given back, my health shall be given back, my purpose shall be given back. (v4)
5. God is turning it around for me. ‘Those who sow in tears will reap with shouts of joy. (v5)
6. I shall never lack seed. What was destroyed in harvest I shall reap again a hundredfold. ‘He who goes out weeping, bearing a trail of seed, (6a)
7. My doubts of pain will be turned to shouts of victory. He, ‘Will surely return with shouts of joy, carrying sheaves of grain.’ (6b)
