Awake, harp and lyre!I will awaken the dawn. Awake, my glory! Awake, harp and lyre! I will awaken the dawn. Awake up, my glory; awake, psaltery and harp: I myself will awake early. Wake up, my soul! Wake up, harp and lyre! I will wake up the dawn. (Psalm 57:8)
The DAWN speaks of a fresh start, a new beginning, a turning point.
I love the dawn arising in the morning, one of my favourite things was to travel early in the morning in the Texan sun and head east as the sun was arising. I would feel an arising in me, it was a corresponding expectancy God revealing what he thought of todays newness. Here’s the sun now it will show you how you too can arise with the day.
The ‘dawning moments’ are precious, they don’t just happen in us however, they have to be made to happen, the dawn reminds me that God is for me and I can arise with him in the newness of the day to explore a fresh dream with a new spark, fresh zeal and renewed faith. How? By admiring what God has done gives me a higher plane to think on. thinking at God’s level, and its this kind of thinking that always promotes enlargement and fulfilment, and causes a man to make upward moves slowly throughout the day.
Today will never happen again don’t waste it with a false start or no start at all (OG Mando)
Awaken your morning, with the instruments of praise you have within you, dont be like the wanna be musician who has a grand piano in hi home yet cannot play a key. No take the day by storm by offering a heart felt thankyou to the Lord for all he has done for you. then you’ll set the day right and each consecutive moments following will bring a new song, a new story, a new chapter to your life.
Awaken your morning, don’t let the day sleep on you
