I woke up this morning with a song in my mind Love lifted me, Do you remember that old song “Love lifted me, love lifted me, When no-one but Christ could help love lifted me hallelujah!” Yesterday was a day I truly found myself uplifted by love. I held my new born grandson for the first time, Seth Joseph Thomas. It was a wonderful experience, seeing him and holding him. If only folks understood that, the only thing that can really uplift a man’s soul is love. All a man has to do is lift up a Son, lift up a friend, that’s all it takes to change your day, change your heart, change your world our world. Love is greater than any fix or drug or medication or therapy. Love solves the problem of a man’s heart. I HELD LOVE but LOVE LIFTED ME.
