For to set the mind on the flesh is death, but to set the mind on the Spirit is life and peace.
Romans 8:6 ESV
Now the mind of the flesh is death [both now and forever—because it pursues sin]; but the mind of the Spirit is life and peace [the spiritual well-being that comes from walking with God—both now and forever];

For in Christ Jesus the law of the Spirit of life set you free from the law of sin and death.(Romans 8:2)
Another word for flesh is SARX which means the NATURE of the old man. now get this your old nature or the nature of the old man was buried in baptism was it not Romans 6. ‘YOU ARE FIGHTING A DEAD MAN’
The spirit of Life is a greater law than the spirit of the law and death. were under a new law now. under the law of sin and death, death came for our guilt death was the punishment of our failures. Now in Christ Jesus there’s a new law in town, the law of the spirit which has made us FREE from the law of sin and death. I live, declare today I LIVE. because Christ is alive in me. the new man in me without Sin is Christ! and its he that is alive in you now. Paul said Its no longer I that live but Christ that liveth in me.
You can’t accuse a dead man you cant take him to court if hes dead. Dead through baptism made alive in Christ. the devil cant hold you and sin cant mold you. so don’t let your enemy scold you. Christ is alive in you and because of this there is no longer any condemnation ion Christ.
Let go of any sin consciousness. its not your inheritance. Don’t live with the devils guilt! when satan reminds you of guilt let Jesus remind you of Calvary. Its under the blood. How do you let guilt die? Give it no time, talk or attention and it will die! put on the helmet of salvation speak the name, and the breastplate of righteousness, plead the blood, tell the devil I’M FREE…. you really are
