The Angel of the Lord who appeared in the Old Testament was God himself. The angel of the Lord as God was seen heard and talked too by those who called him a man. This is proof that God is one person. The Lord God!

Moses saw the Face of Israel (Exodus 33:11). Thus the LORD would speak to Moses face to face, as a man speaks to his friend.
Jacob saw God face to face and he said i have wrestled with a man… who he saw face to face (Genesis 32:30).
Job sees God’s face then his flesh is refreshed like a child’s; he returns to the days of his youth. 26He prays to God and finds favor; he sees God’s face and shouts for joy, and God restores His righteousness to that man. 27Then he sings before men with these words: ‘I have sinned and perverted what was right; yet I did not get what I deserved.…(Job 33;26).
This means GOD has a face.
2.The Lord appeared to Manoah: The MAN of God came to me…. God God listened to the voice of Manoah; and the angel of God came again to the woman as she sat in the field: but Manoah, her husband, wasn’t with her. (Judges 13:9) . Then Manoah entreated Yahweh, and said, “Oh, Lord, please let the man of God whom you did send come again to us, (Judges 13:8).
3. Jesus is the invisible God made visible
He that has seen me has seen the Father *John 6;46).
So the God that was seen in the Old testament is the same God that was seen in the new. God has one face! Jesus is the face of God and the person of God or Gods in person.
4. Characteristics of the MAN
As in the Old testament. I use the Old Testament to prove that God is a man. God was a spirit in the form of a man before he was born of Mary he managed manifested himself as an angelic spirit or person one that is present everywhere all the time is person was in the form of a man and as eternal spirit was without form body

Daniel 10:6 his face his face was as the appearance of lightning

Exodus 33:11 his Voice he spoke on the Moses face to face as a man to his friend Genesis 32:30 his face Jacob said I have seen God face to face yet I live
Numbers 12:8 his mouth with Moses will I speak my mouth to his mouth
Daniel 7:9 his hair the hay of his head was like pure wool ancient of days
2Samuel 22:9 his nostrils they went up as smoke out of his nostrils
Isaiah 30:27 his lips the Lord come out and his lips are full of indignation his finger Exodus 31:18 he gave tables of stone written with the finger of God
