Do not lay up for yourselves treasures on earth where moth and dust destroy and where thieves break in and steal but lay up for yourselves treasures in heaven where neither moth nor rust destroys and where thieves do not break in and steal for where your treasure is there your heart will be also (Matthew 6:19-21 KJV)
Everything
around us will go to dust, the car you drive will one day be on the
scrapheap the house you love will one day be occupied by strangers the
brand clothes you chased after will be old. The job that provides you with income today wont sustain you tomorrow.
We spend too much of our lives building stuff that does not matter and tomorrow fades away. We
spend time, thought and money into that which does not really matter one
iota. Temporal things have too much hold on God’s spiritual man.
The only thing that counts tomorrow is what exists in the kingdom today that you have invested. Only what you do for God can live through eternality and provide for you an eternal reward.
You wont be remembered for what you’ve achieved or what status you attained to or the property you owned and invested in, for all things temporal will be done away with and only that which you have done for God will be known and talked about.

Frustration creeks in and brings spiritual ruin. Its like a Judge
digging holes in the road for a living or an enterepreneur who lost his
millions now serves behind a bar to make his money. You’re cut off from
the very thing that you were created and gifted to pursue.
Can you find the treasure that is valuable to God. What do you define as valuable what is your definition of more than gold? I think its life and If your life is going to count and if heaven is going to be your reward then lay up treasures in spiritual places, spiritual people, spiritual kingdoms.
Thaty where your eternal rerward is… Go find it and make it last forever!
