How to Inspire…Almost Anyone!

I spent my monday with a friend. I enjoy our conversations, they are expansive, for both of us.  He’s an artist and I encouraged him to paint for the love of it.  When I got back home he texted me, “You must have inspired me today I went back and painted a masterpiece.”   I believe him!

We often limit our gift by thinking that we cannot connect to those who have a different profession or calling than us, after all what do we know of their world and trade? I’m not a politician I cannot enter his world, I’m not a businessman I cannot give him insight. I’m not an artist, how can I inspire? Then the Lord gave me this thought. Your gift is a spiritual thing. Their gift , talent and business is physical. You can know all things in the spirit. When you minister in the spirit you can give secrets, wisdom and insight to anyone, you don’t have to know their trade, just know their spirit. Then minister to that which is in them. You may not know their trade, but God does, so let him talk through you today. Just look at their gift and edify.
