As a young man I dreamed of going to America and preaching the gospel. I told my dad when I was eight years of age I’m going to Fort Worth Fort Knox and Fort Wayne. That’s all I knew, John Wayne and the cowboys. I would go up the mountain near my home and daily pray to God to send me there. I didn’t get to go until I was 35. I lived on little, and travelled north to south over 20 times, preaching revivals in little churches, helping pastors and trusting God for income. I done this for over 15 years. Today I am back in Wales until I go again…
What does it take to get your dream out of a rut and going again?
A dead end
A word from God
An unrewarded life that has sacrifice as its only duty
Above all you have to see your today as if its your only day you have to do it and when that comes your way, it finally gets done. In the meantime get your map up pin it to a wall and mark the place and date of departure. Get your prayer mat out and weep until God gives it to you. When what you praying gets so big in you that you can’t help but go then that’s the time to make the journey…
…. maybe next time, I’ll come and preach with you…
