I’ve been having this dream where I’ve been standing on an edge looking over a precipice and telling myself “You don’t fear heights!” Sometimes it a vertical drop and thousands of feet below. Naturally I dont like heights, but this dream could have a spiritual meaning too.
This morning I visited this blog by hoyesonregalo where he states that he’s found the most dangerous road in the world located outside La Paz Bolivia. Its called “Death Road” and how he travelled this narrow road that offers spectacular scenery.
Maybe God is saying the Glory or truth cannot be seen from where I’m standing and that I will have to go into the narrow place, the place of revelation, the place where God is. Then I can see what’s transformational and not whats normal, usual and visible to all.
Equally, God could also be talking about taking risks and that I need to take a step of faith and not be afraid of the consequences of making big moves!
What would be your counsel?

I will be praying that you receive the interpretation and that someone comes along with a direct confirmation brother.
Upon reading this, certain scripture came to my attention regarding your dream. Now I know this may sound nuts, but I think that your dream means something much deeper. I believe that God is setting you on a high place of elevation where whatever you are doing for the Lord, He is saying “I will direct your Path” and your foundation is set on a Rock which is salvation. You are going to be put into a position where God will direct you into places for many to recieve salvation. The precipice I believe is representative of the present day platforms (i.e. social media) that you are using to change peoples lives to live and change their lives and hearts towards God. The reason why you do not fear this place of elevation is because that is where God has set you to be. You do not fall in this dream because your foundation is sure. Your feet are set upon the rock of Salvation. I believe that God is going to expand your ministry becuase if you read the scriptures I have here, He says that He will enlarge your path under you. I believe that your ministry is going to expand to a larger audience than you thought possible because God is planning to enlarge your territory for His name Sake. I hope my interpretation makes sense to you. WOW my sister I feel the witness of the Holy Ghost to this and I admit I never saw it from that angle either, which is why the Lord used you to share what you had….”The Rock….for others to receive salvation”..thats been very much a dealing of the Lord with me and you explained why I didnt fall, because of the sure foundation. I agree with what nightshade said. As I have read your blog and started to pray about this, this thought has come and I believe that it is from the Lord. The stepping place is a firm foundation because you are firmly grounded on the Lord and His Word. However it is time to take a step of faith. Faith only operates when you work. Meaning to step. Your new step will require a new place. Stepping into the unknown and resting in your faith. Your faith is in the Lord so when you are resting you are not striving or toiling. Toiling requires one to be prideful. As you move forward and look out to your destiny realize that you are safe so you will not fall. No matter how wide or how deep the place looks below you, your Heavenly Father will keep you with a sure (confident) foot. The Rock helps you to be sure. Abram was told to step out into a new country and to leave all that he knew behind him. Genesis 12:1-4 1Now the LORD had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee: 2And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: 3And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. 4So Abram departed, as the LORD had spoken unto him; and Lot went with him: and Abram was seventy and five years old when he departed out of Haran. He was stepping out into the deep and wide things of God. Not knowing where to go but to rest assure. He was getting ready to be called a Father of Many Nations. You know your calling but God is going to show you the deeper things of your calling. You will reach a wider group of people. The deeper you go the wider your territory will be. That is also why I believe you are looking from the top. You need to see the full vision. You need to see the vastness of God’s call on your life. You will reach people further than your eyes can see. Be ready! What is your thoughts?

…aman and amen…”no matter how wide and how deep” (I know what you mean..I feel God in this too) things of the Spirit bear witness with ones spirit.. You know I have a huge chasm to passover in the spirit and what you said here is powerful. I dont take the insight of yourself and sister Shirlene lighty and they compliment each other. I know God has been talking to me also about the “nation” thing..things you wouldnt know… and he has been speaking the Abram account over and over to me for months….. serious! Now I have to do more than what I am doing, which scares me. Hey Paul, I think you have received some great insight into your dream. I want to point out the declaration and intercession part of the dream. I believe you telling yourself you aren’t afraid speaks to importance of declaring boldness and confidence over yourself, as well as praying prayers of strength and boldness over where the Lord has you going. And not that you need reminding of this, but Peter walked on the water until he took his eyes of of the Lord and took notice of what was surrounding him. Be blessed! Great dream!Aaron
