4. Management Skills: To manage managers and mangage time, ministry, family and community, simultaneously and efficiantly
5. Online Skills: To master media, social networking, marketing and global socialising in order to preach to everybody what just a few years ago could only be known to the few
6. Career Skills: Ministry is a career, that has to navigate several environments in a lifetime. Todays preachers known how to navigate the chaNges and adjust accordingly
7. Study Skills: to study systematically, and doctrinally areas that are controversial in order to regain truth that has been hidden, so that we can rebuilt foundations that have been destroyed.
8. Global Skills: Todays preacher is global! Connecting to a global audience requires knowledge of global cultures, values and working practices
9. Media Skills: To master social media. If youre online you’re a social media preacher. Knowing media trends and understanding how to use it will put you ahead of the crowd with your message.
10. Leadership Skills: To raise up a skillful five fold ministry (Ephesians 4:11,12)
